Digital delivery

Our current range consists of English-language PDF workbooks and toolkits. No printed item is included and there is no postage charge. You need an internet connection to download the file and a device with a PDF reader. You can print it or add notes using a compatible PDF annotation app. These PDFs do not have interactive fillable fields. Printing and any optional third-party software are your responsibility.

After your order is completed and any payment is confirmed, Filemonk provides a download link by email. A download link may also be available on the order confirmation page. Keep your order email and save a personal copy of the PDF. Please check your junk or spam folder if the email has not arrived.

Download allowance and personal use

New orders allow one download of each PDF per order. Save the file somewhere you can find it again; you can reopen your saved copy and print pages for your own use. The download allowance is separate from your personal use licence. Please do not share the file or download link, resell or redistribute digital or printed copies, or use the content commercially without written permission. See our Terms of Service for the full licence.

Need help?

If a link is missing, does not work or the file will not open, contact us so we can help you access the correct file. Please do not place a second paid order to solve a download problem.

Email myriseandrebuild@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

Earlier physical orders

Physical products are not currently available to order. If you are waiting for a previous physical order, contact us for help. This change does not affect the delivery arrangements or consumer rights for that order.
