About the store

Rise & Rebuild sells self-guided wellbeing resources through www.myriseandrebuild.com. Our current shop offers digital PDF downloads only. Physical products, workshops and new memberships are not currently available to purchase.

What you are buying

Our current range consists of English-language PDF workbooks and toolkits. No printed item is included and there is no postage charge. You need an internet connection to download the file and a device with a PDF reader. You can print it or add notes using a compatible PDF annotation app. These PDFs do not have interactive fillable fields. Printing and any optional third-party software are your responsibility.

Read the product description, page count and price before ordering. Product images may show printed examples to illustrate the pages; your purchase is a digital file only. These resources support personal reflection and do not diagnose, treat or cure mental-health conditions or replace professional care. Individual experiences vary and we do not promise particular results.

Orders and prices

Orders are placed in English. Choose your resource, review your basket, correct any errors and complete checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. The final total is displayed before you confirm your order. Paid downloads require payment; the free toolkit costs £0. Each download is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Your order confirmation is sent by email.

Prices may change for future orders. Changes to these terms do not retrospectively reduce your rights under an existing purchase. If we cannot supply an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unsupplied item.

Delivery

Downloads are supplied electronically using Filemonk after order completion and confirmation of any payment. See our digital delivery information for access instructions and support.

Personal use licence

This download is licensed to one person for personal use only. You may save the PDF on your own devices, print copies for your own use and add your own notes. You may not share the file or download link, upload it for others to access, resell or redistribute the PDF or printed copies, or use the content for business, client or group activities without written permission from Rise & Rebuild. Copyright remains with Rise & Rebuild or the relevant rights holder. For permission, email myriseandrebuild@gmail.com. This does not affect uses permitted by law or your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

For digital purchases, you normally have 14 days from the date the contract is made to cancel. If you expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that you will lose this right once supply begins, the cancellation right ends when supply starts. If those requirements have not been met, your cancellation right remains. Simply accepting these policies does not replace that separate consent.

To cancel, email us with a clear statement that you wish to cancel, your name, order number and order date. You may use this wording, but do not have to: "I give notice that I cancel my order [order number], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Date: [date]." Where a cancellation refund is due, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days of being told about the cancellation, without a cancellation fee.

Website and privacy

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its security or misuse other people’s information. Shopify hosts the shop and established payment providers process payments. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is used.
