This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and changes are handled for Rise & Rebuild memberships, workshops, events and other services.
Rise & Rebuild Community Membership
The Rise & Rebuild Community Membership is a recurring monthly membership paid through our website.
Membership payments renew monthly at the applicable membership price.
You can cancel your membership before your next renewal to prevent future recurring payments.
Cancelling your membership will stop future membership payments. Your access to the private Rise & Rebuild Community Facebook group will end in accordance with the membership terms following cancellation.
Payments already made for a current membership period are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where otherwise agreed by Rise & Rebuild.
Workshops & Events
If you are unable to attend a booked workshop or event, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, we may be able to offer a transfer to another available date or discuss alternative options, subject to availability.
Any specific cancellation terms for a particular workshop or event will be provided at the time of booking.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a booking, please contact us as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Missed Sessions
If you do not attend a booked workshop, event or other scheduled service without prior notice, you may not be eligible for a refund or the opportunity to reschedule.
Changes or Cancellations by Rise & Rebuild
If Rise & Rebuild needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, event or other service, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we may offer one of the following:
- A transfer to an alternative date
- Credit towards another Rise & Rebuild service
- A full or partial refund, where applicable
